Configuring workflow transition wizard pages

You can configure one or more custom wizard pages to appear whenever a user executes a workflow transition. The wizard page can prompt the user to type required and optional information to help track project progress.

To assign wizard pages to a workflow transition:

1. Select the desired project definition in the configuration tree in the left pane of Meridian Enterprise Configurator.
2. Click the States tab in the right pane. The current workflow diagram displays in the right pane.
3. Click the Edit button to enable modification of the project definition.
4. Double-click the transition you want to edit. The Properties dialog for the transition appears as shown in the following figure.
5. Click the Pages tab. The current wizard page assignments for the transition appear as shown in the following figure.

6. Use the left and right arrow buttons to add pages from the Available pages list to the Show as wizard page list. Use the up and down arrow buttons to adjust the order in which the pages will appear to the user.

   Note    The pages in the Available pages list are only those that are configured in the current vault. For information on configuring property and wizard pages, see the BlueCielo Meridian Enterprise Configuration Guide.

7. Click OK to close the Properties dialog.
8. Click the OK button on the States tab to save your changes.
